 Mission Statement: Detect A Pet's mission is to reunite lost pets with their owners.
Detect A Pet are based in Norfolk, and currently cover the areas of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. We understand the grief, sorrow and guilt that happens when a loved pet is missing. We will use every resource at our disposal to locate your loved one and return him or her home safely. Detect A Pet is a family run business - this has the advantages of making it much more personal and individual, which we believe is required in such sensitive situations as this. We are here to assist you in finding your missing pet - and are dedicated to helping and supporting you at this very emotional time. I have participated in many courses over the last few years, including FEMA, the US Federal Emergency Management Agency, accredited animal courses, canine first aid courses, dog psychology and I have also had training in many other areas. I am happy to offer telephone consultations, e-mail consultations, poster placement, distributing flyers, web searching, rescue centre checks, door-to-door enquiries, contact with all the relevant animal centres/vets etc, or a full or part day's physical area searching. Ongoing help and advice will be available by telephone or e mail, FREE of charge. If you believe your pet has been stolen - please contact your local Police station. We do not take on stolen pet cases. Please check your pet insurance as it may be possible for you to reclaim the fees. A percentage of our fees will be donated to local animal charities. |
